Following the acquisition of this former manor house located within a conservation area, our client approached Breese and Earle to provide a contemporary electrical solution within a very traditionally styled house. Our client brief also required that the electrical systems were energy efficient and the lighting consisted of LED and compact fluorescent lamps. Along with extensive sound proofing and insulation, the lighting contributed to ensure the property achieved a low carbon footprint.
