Boutique Student Accommodation Completed
Despite extremely tight time constraints, Breese and Earle Electrical Services Ltd have just completed the electrical installation to student accommodation within the heart of Worcester City in just over 26 weeks. The boutique accommodation has 69 ensuite rooms, on site student café and rood garden overlooking Worcester city centre.
Farrier House has been given a £2 million makeover by developers Stannary Solutions in collaboration with Swedish flatpack giants IKEA, to provide a cutting-edge design which is totally unique within the student accommodation market.
Our team of five electricians installed a new mains distribution system, small power and intelligent lighting controls throughout the four-storey building to provide a stunning place for students to live and socialise. The accommodation has caused quite a flurry of interest in the local area and has recently been featured in the Worcester News, please see link attached.
